The E3 Spark Plugs 2009 Plug-n-Play Sweepstakes, conducted in conjunction with, is officially over.  The lucky grand-prize winner is Joseph Porter of Huntington, WV.  Joseph, a 9-year employee at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Facility in Buffalo, WV, says that he has been around cars his whole life in one form or fashion.
