E3 Spark Plugs Digs NASCAR’s Troops to the Track Program

America’s military service members, veterans and families get the VIP treatment with NASCAR’s Troops to the Tracks program.

Here at E3 Spark Plugs, we have the utmost respect and love for our nation’s military servicemen and service women. And, of course, we love fast cars. So, we’re big fans of NASCAR’s Troops to the Track program (T2T). In partnership with the Armed Forces Foundation, this year-round recreational group therapy program honors America’s military service members, veterans and families at NASCAR races nationwide.

Since its inception six years ago, the program has treated thousands of wounded service members, veterans and families to customized VIP experiences at the races. We’re talking garage tours, driver meet-and-greets and recognition during the drivers’ meeting, plus loads of other special-access perks.

“NASCAR has a long tradition of supporting our nation’s military and we are honored by the presence of the men and women who serve our country and their families at our races,” said Brent Dewar, NASCAR Chief Operating Officer.

Check out this WOKH radio interview with AFF Patricia Driscoll on the history of the program while at the Quaker State 400 NASCAR race in Sparta, Kentucky. Have you experienced a Troops to the Track event? Post your thoughts on the E3 Spark Plugs Facebook Fan Page.
